Thanks for the brilliant coding on this.. I wanted to *figure out* how to code it more than I really wanted the features :) I learned a ton of new technique just studying your code over the last couple days. I'm coding a version for myself and thought of an interesting application of your code...
It would be trivial to add another version of #pre that would specify and validate parameter types. E.g.
params(String, Integer, Proc)
Now, imagine doing this for two methods of the same name with different parameter types-- method overloading in Ruby!
Not exactly the most useful addition given how simple it is to check types, but, theoretically, it's interesting :)

Very useful even if I prefer the Eiffel syntax which I found more expressive: 'require' for 'pre', 'ensure' for 'post'.
